This fresh hop American IPA captures the vibrant, green essence of wet-hop Citra sourced from Carpenter Ranches. A massive whirlpool addition creates an aromatic explosion of juicy peach, ripe pear, and a unique herbaceous quality reminiscent of the Yakima Valley harvest. The sensory profile is defined by these fresh, floral hop notes and a hint of tart red berry. A clean, restrained malt backbone provides a neutral canvas, allowing the assertive hop character to take center stage. It concludes with a bright, crisp bitterness and a dry finish that emphasizes the dynamic, resinous vitality of unprocessed hops.

Appearance. Medium gold (6–8 SRM) with a slight, crystalline haze characteristic of fresh hop additions. Pours with a dense, persistent white head that leaves intricate lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High-intensity hop aroma dominated by fresh-picked Citra; prominent notes of stone fruit (peach) and orchard fruit (pear) are accented by an herbaceous, grassy, and slightly tart berry character. Malt is low and clean, providing a faint grainy support.
