Appearance. Pale straw to bright yellow (3 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a tall, creamy, long-lasting white head and fine lacing.
Aroma. Moderate-high intensity. Prominent hop character featuring spicy noble notes, bergamot citrus, and lemongrass. Low grainy-sweet malt presence with hints of honey and fresh dough. Very clean fermentation profile without esters or diacetyl.
Taste. Crisp, clean entry with immediate grainy-sweet malt flavor and honeyed notes. Rapidly overtaken by firm hop bitterness and flavors of spice and citrus peel. Dry, snappy finish with a lingering herbal and spicy hop aftertaste. Extremely well-attenuated and balanced toward bitterness.
Mouthfeel. Light to medium-light body with high carbonation providing a lively, prickly sensation. Very light alcohol warmth. Refreshingly crisp with no astringency.
