Ravenna Brewing Company Float Mode

 

4.9% Hops: Comet, Chinook, Tettnang
A collaboration with San Diego’s Taproom Brew Co, made using Linc malt for the Grainmaker Festival. A malt-bill consisting of 100% Northwest-grown and malted barley, spelt, and rye highlights the bounty and terroir of the Pacific Northwest, and a pairing of classic C-hops with German noble hops. The result is a beer that features timeless lager sensibility, complemented by a modern citrus character that evokes Cascadia. The malt profile recalls fresh baked rustic loaves with crackery crust, as well subded notes of rye spice, with a clean and dry finish. -Ravenna
