This Alster Hell presents a bright, refreshing union of a crisp Helles base and natural lemon character. It opens with an inviting bouquet of freshly zested lemon and vibrant citrus, underscored by the clean, crackery malt of the Hamburg Hell. On the palate, the lemon provides a zippy, spritzy acidity that avoids cloying sweetness, maintaining a sophisticated balance with the light, grainy sweetness of the pilsner malt.
