Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of grapefruit, mango, and stone fruit (peach), along with a light floral and resinous pine character. Low to medium-low grainy maltiness with a hint of toasted biscuit supports the hop presentation. Fermentation profile is clean with no significant esters.

Taste. Initial impression is decidedly hop-forward. Medium-high hop flavors of grapefruit zest, tropical mango, and floral blossoms dominate. Malt flavor is low to medium-low, providing a clean, grainy, and slightly toasted biscuit base. Bitterness is medium-high to high, lingering into a dry, crisp finish.
