Range Brewing What Are The Odds?

Imperial IPA 8.6 º
This Double IPA is a sensory juggernaut, defined by an extreme, milky haze and a nuclear hop intensity. A massive triple dry-hopping regime featuring Sabro, Citra, Mosaic, Motueka, Pacifica, and Galaxy creates a dense, tropical aromatic profile dominated by ripe mango and passionfruit. On the palate, the experience is saturating and lush, as the concentrated hop oils from LUPOMAX and Cryo additions provide a velvety, thick texture. Layers of intense orange and stone fruit are supported by a soft, grainy malt backbone, leading to a finish that is incredibly hop-forward and lingering. It is a modern, high-octane expression of hop saturation that prioritizes a decadent, fruit-driven impact.
Appearance. 3-5 SRM. Pours a pale, light yellow with an extreme, milky haze and an opaque appearance. Features a moderate-sized, creamy white head with excellent persistence and thick lacing.
Aroma. Intense and multi-layered hop aroma featuring heavy notes of mango, passionfruit, and bright citrus. Subtle coconut and lime nuances appear behind a wall of tropical fruit. Malt is neutral and supportive with a light, grainy character. Fermentation is clean with very low fruity esters.
Taste. Initial impression is an explosion of tropical fruit, specifically mango and intense orange. Hop flavor is exceptionally high and complex, showcasing the citrus and stone fruit profiles of the New World varieties. Bitterness is firm but smooth, avoiding harshness. Malt provides a soft, bready foundation without significant sweetness. The finish is saturating and hop-heavy, with a long, fruit-filled aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full to full body with a thick, creamy, and saturating texture. Carbonation is moderate. Noticeable but smooth alcohol warmth is present, well-integrated into the dense mouthfeel. No significant hop-derived astringency.
