Imperial Stout 10.5 º
This Imperial Stout is an opulent sensory journey, shaped by its time in Heaven Hill barrels and a decadent array of adjuncts. The aroma is dominated by the fragrance of a fresh pot of cold drip coffee from Semi Pro Coffee, intertwined with charred oak and the floral sweetness of Tahitensis vanilla beans. On the palate, the experience is intensely layered; initial waves of rich espresso transition into deep French cacao nibs and creamy vanilla, while a distinct toasted almond note provides a nutty complexity to the finish. The barrel aging lends a sophisticated biscotti-like undertone, harmonizing with the high-ABV warmth to create a profoundly smooth, dessert-like profile.
Appearance. Jet black and opaque (40 SRM). Topped with a thick, deep tan head that shows moderate retention. High viscosity is evident by the visible legs on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity fragrance of fresh cold brew coffee and dark chocolate. Prominent notes of Tahitensis vanilla and toasted almonds meld with the charred oak and biscotti-like character of the Heaven Hill barrels. Very low hop aroma and low dark fruit esters.
Taste. Initial impression is dominated by rich, cold-drip coffee and bittersweet French cacao nibs. The mid-palate reveals layers of sweet vanilla and toasted almond. Moderate-high bitterness from roasted grains and coffee provides balance against a significant malt sweetness. The finish is long and complex, featuring lingering notes of charred oak, cocoa, and a hint of nuttiness.
Mouthfeel. Full-bodied and viscous with a slick, velvety mouthfeel. Carbonation is low to moderate. A noticeable but smooth alcohol warmth is present, reflecting the 10.5% ABV without being sharp.

Visions III was aged in Heaven Hill barrels bringing that classic charred oak, biscotti, sweet vanilla then blended with rich cold drip coffee from our friends at Semi Pro Coffee and conditioned on tahitensis vanilla beans, french cacao nibs and toasted almonds. On the nose this variant hits us with the cold brew coffee straight up like a fresh pot, with intertwined notes of oak char and deep rich vanilla. On the palate we have a beautiful slick mouthfeel that smacks us with more coffee on the front palate before leading straight to rich dark chocolate, light sweet vanilla notes and a distinctive toasted almond back palate.
Must be at least 18 years old & over to purchase. We cannot post glass growlers interstate. For interstate shipping please select 1.0L PET growler option.
