This Hazy IPA pours a light orange with a medium-strong haze and a persistent white head. On the nose, Citra bursts forward with tantalizing tropical aromas. The palate features a complex fruit salad of tropical notes driven by a massive dry hop charge of Citra, Cashmere Cryo, Simcoe, and Vic Secret. The malt provides a neutral, lightly bready backdrop that lets the vibrant fruit expression shine. A soft carbonation yields a velvety, smooth mouthfeel. Despite the intense hop-derived juiciness, the finish is surprisingly quick and dry, ensuring high drinkability while leaving a lingering tropical impression.
Appearance. Light orange color (approximately 6 SRM) with a medium-strong, opaque haze. Features a rocky, white head with high retention and meringue-like lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by citrus, stone fruit, and tropical fruit notes. Specific cues of mango, pineapple, and citrus zest lead, supported by a clean, neutral, lightly bready malt background. Fermentation character is clean to slightly fruity.
Taste. High to very high tropical fruit hop flavors mirroring the aroma. Low, neutral malt flavor provides a soft foundation. Bitterness is medium-low and well-integrated, lacking any harsh or sharp edges. The finish is quick and dry with a lingering, juicy aftertaste of tropical fruits.
