This Hazy IPA is a vibrant showcase of aromatic complexity, featuring a calculated blend of Citra Cryo, Motueka, Pacifica, and Nelson Sauvin hops. It presents an intense tropical bouquet dominated by guava, kiwi fruit, and fresh pineapple, underscored by the signature resinous dankness of New Zealand varieties. On the palate, the experience is defined by a silky, sherbety texture that carries flavors of rockmelon and citrus through to a soft, lingering finish. The hop-forward profile is balanced by a subtle, bready malt backbone and restrained bitterness, delivering a lush and highly drinkable sensory experience consistent with its style.
Appearance. Color is straw to deep gold (4–5 SRM) with a dense, luminous haze. It is opaque but bright, topped with a thick, meringue-like white head that demonstrates high retention and leaves beautiful lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring layers of guava, kiwi fruit, and pineapple. There is a noticeable rockmelon sweetness and a classic New Zealand dankness from the Nelson Sauvin. Malt is low and neutral, presenting as light bready notes, with no caramel or toast character.
Taste. Flavor is an explosion of tropical fruit, mirroring the aroma with intense pineapple and passionfruit notes. The malt provides a soft, grainy sweetness that supports a low to medium-low bitterness. The finish is off-dry and smooth, featuring a unique sherbety character and a light, fruity aftertaste without any harshness or hop burn.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a silky, velvety mouthfeel. Carbonation is moderate, contributing to a soft texture on the tongue. There is a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth and absolutely no astringency.
