Show Business is a vibrant Hazy IPA that serves as a sensory showcase for an international ensemble of hops, featuring Sabro LUPOMAX, Nelson Sauvin, Cashmere, Citra, and Galaxy. This double dry-hopped offering presents a lush, tropical fruit profile, leading with intense notes of overripe mango, passionfruit, and delicate orange blossom. The inclusion of Nelson Sauvin provides a unique lychee and melon depth, while Citra and Galaxy reinforce the "all juice" character. The experience is defined by its dense, milky appearance and a palate reminiscent of tropical breakfast juice, finishing with low bitterness and a smooth, lingering sweetness that balances the higher alcohol strength.
Appearance. Color is pale straw to light amber (SRM 3-6) with a dense, milky opacity and a characteristic hazy shine. Topped with a thick, fluffy, white meringue-like head that shows excellent retention and lacing.
Aroma. Intensity is high, dominated by a complex bouquet of overripe mango, passionfruit, and lychee. Subtle floral orange blossom and sweet melon notes are present. The malt provides a low, clean, bready background, while yeast-derived esters are fruit-forward and well-integrated with the hop character.
Taste. The initial impression is intensely fruity, resembling a tropical breakfast juice. Malt flavor is low to medium, providing a soft, grainy sweetness. Hop flavors are massive, featuring sticky mango, melon, and lychee with very low perceived bitterness. The fermentation character is clean but estery, supporting the hop profile. The finish is smooth and off-dry with a lingering, juicy fruit aftertaste and no hop harshness.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, silky texture. Carbonation is moderate. There is a noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth given the high ABV. No astringency or hop burn is present, contributing to a soft and approachable mouthfeel.

We have orange blossom, overripe mango, passionfruit, lychee and melon leaping straight up our noses. The palate is all juice everything. Sticky mango, juicy melon, and layers of tropical breakfast juice coating every inch of your mouth. There are too many fruits to pick out. Low bitterness and a super juicy finish bring this blockbuster to a close. That’s showbiz baby!
