This triple dry-hopped Hazy IPA showcases a saturated and vibrant hop profile driven by an intensive blend of Sabro Incognito, Citra, Mosaic, Motueka, and Simcoe Cryo. The sensory experience is dominated by an evocative pine lime splice character and candied orange starburst, transitioning into a lush, creamy mango sorbet mid-palate. Subtle notes of fresh pineapple and resinous pine provide a grounding counterpoint to the intense tropical sweetness. True to the style, the finish is exceptionally soft and rounded, avoiding any hop-derived harshness. It presents as a luxurious, fruit-forward ale with a signature pillowy texture and a deeply juiced-up personality.
Appearance. Light orange (5-6 SRM) with a heavy, opaque haze that gives the liquid a luminous shine. Topped with a dense, creamy, meringue-like white head with exceptional retention and thick, persistent lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring a complex medley of tropical and citrus fruits. Dominant notes of lime zest, sweet orange, and ripe mango are complemented by a hint of creamy coconut and pineapple. The malt is understated, providing a clean, lightly bready background without any caramel or toast.
Taste. The palate opens with an explosion of fruit-forward hop flavors, mirroring the aroma with mango sorbet and orange candy. Mid-palate reveals lime citrus and a light touch of resinous pine. Bitterness is low and soft, masked by the substantial body. The finish is off-dry, exceptionally smooth, and juice-like, with a clean fermentation profile that allows the hop complexity to linger without harshness.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a silky, luxurious, and pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate and smooth, contributing to a creamy mouthfeel. A very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present, though the beer remains highly drinkable with no astringency.
