This Red IPA presents a vibrant synergy between deep specialty malts and a potent triple-hop blend of Citra, Mosaic, and Galaxy. A bouquet of toasted toffee and rich caramel provides a sturdy foundation for high-intensity aromas of passionfruit and zesty citrus. On the palate, the interplay of stonefruit and resinous pine from the hops meets a balanced malt sweetness, before a firm, snappy bitterness cleanses the tongue. The experience is defined by its bold hop profile and the sophisticated depth of its amber malt character, finishing with a lingering, resinous dryness that remains clean and assertive.
Appearance. Pours a gorgeous shade of deep amber with copper highlights (11-17 SRM). Topped by a persistent, off-white, creamy head that leaves decorative lacing. Clarity is clear to slightly hazy.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent passionfruit, citrus zest, and stonefruit esters. The hop profile is supported by a moderate malt character of caramel, toffee, and lightly toasted bread. Clean fermentation profile.
Taste. Initial impression of tropical fruit and citrus is quickly met by a medium-strength, snappy bitterness. Malt flavors of caramel and toffee provide a supportive backbone without being cloying. Mid-palate reveals stonefruit and resinous pine. The finish is dry and snappy with a lingering hop resin and clean bitterness in the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Provides a smooth texture on the palate with a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth from its 7.2% ABV. Low astringency.

Reddy is pouring a gorgeous shade of amber and a decent hit of specialty malts adds aromas of caramel and toffee into the mix. Mix that with fresh citrus and passionfruit and we're off to a ripping start. On the palate we've got a glorious synergy of malt and hops all playing together. A medium strength bitterness punches through early with a follow up of citrus and light tropical hop notes. Hits of stonefruit and pine with light resin make cameo appearances on the back palate before a snappy bitterness and light malt presence round things out. Reddy Or Not, here we come.
