This American IPA is a masterclass in modern West Coast aromatics, driven by an assertive dry hop of Simcoe Cryo, El Dorado, Chinook, Citra, and Centennial. The nose is a complex interplay of white peach, grapefruit, and delicate orange blossom, grounded by sharp citrus rind and pungent pine resin. On the palate, luscious notes of apricot marmalade and fresh orange juice transition into tropical mango and pineapple. A firm, cheek-smacking bitterness asserts itself early and lingers, providing the essential structure for this 6.8% ABV ale. Despite its intense hop saturation and resinous depth, the finish remains remarkably clean and highly drinkable.

Appearance. Medium gold to light amber (6-8 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a tall, off-white, persistent head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent citrus rind, grapefruit, and stone fruit (white peach). Secondary notes of pine resin and floral orange blossom are evident. Low, clean, grainy-sweet maltiness supports the hop bouquet. Clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Very high hop flavor showcasing grapefruit, apricot marmalade, mango, and a touch of pineapple. The malt is low and supportive, offering a clean, bready backbone. Firm, medium-high bitterness provides a classic snap. Finish is dry with a lingering, resinous, and hoppy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly oily texture. Moderate-high carbonation. Light, smooth alcohol warmth is present. Minimal astringency despite the mouth-coating bitterness.
