This sessionable Australian Sparkling Ale delivers a vibrant sensory experience despite its modest alcohol content. Utilizing a "second use" blend of Citra, Mosaic, and Galaxy hops, it presents a tropical bouquet of fresh pineapple, mango, and zesty orange peel. The pale, bright pour leads to a palate defined by lush mango nectar and orange oil, balanced by a crisp grapefruit edge. While light on the tongue, it retains the style’s characteristic high carbonation and firm bitterness, ensuring an ultra-crushable finish. The lean, bready malt profile stays in the background, allowing the residual oils from the three distinctive hop varieties to shine through with every spritzy sip.
Appearance. Deep yellow to pale gold (4-6 SRM). Pours with a tall, frothy, persistent white head and noticeable effervescence. Brilliant clarity if decanted, though it may appear cloudy if yeast is roused or due to hop oils.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Pronounced tropical and citrus hop character featuring pineapple, mango, and fresh orange peel. Low grainy-bready malt sweetness. Subtle fruity esters of pear and apple typical of the style.
Taste. Initial impression is dry and hop-forward. Medium-low bready malt flavor is quickly overtaken by orange oil, mango nectar, and grapefruit pith. Medium-high bitterness provides a sharp, clean counterpoint to the fruit. Highly attenuated with a dry, crisp finish and lingering hop bitterness.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high, mouth-filling carbonation providing a spritzy carbonic bite. Smooth and gassy with no alcohol warmth and a very well-attenuated, clean finish.

Bright and pale as it pours into the glass, we are immediately met with aromas of pineapple, mango and fresh orange peel. The palate follows with orange oil, mango nectar and a touch of grapefruit. A nice bitterness on the back end makes this an ultra crushable mid-strength that is still absolutely packed with flavour and hoppy goodness.
