This German Pils captures the essence of a traditional festival lager with refined sensory elegance. A brilliant, crystal-clear golden pour is crowned by a voluminous, fluffy white foam. The aroma is defined by a clean, grainy-sweet malt profile derived from premium German malts, perfectly balanced by the signature herbal and grassy notes of traditional German hops. On the palate, a soft malt entry quickly gives way to a sharp, crispy bitterness that defines the style. Fermented with a classic German lager yeast, it offers a bone-dry, refreshing finish that demands another sip, showcasing impeccable drinkability and a flinty, mineral-tinged complexity.
Appearance. Brilliant straw to deep yellow with exceptional clarity; topped with a thick, long-lasting, creamy white head that leaves significant lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity of grassy and spicy hops. Supporting notes of grainy-sweet, crackery malt with a subtle hint of clover honey. Completely clean fermentation profile with no esters or diacetyl.
Taste. Initial soft, doughy malt flavor is rapidly overtaken by a firm, clean hop bitterness. Flavors of dried grass and herbal spice persist through the mid-palate. The finish is notably dry and crisp, with a lingering bitterness and a touch of mineral character.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a brisk, high carbonation that enhances the crispy sensation. No alcohol warmth; smooth and refreshing without any harsh astringency.
