This Double IPA is a modern, juice-forward exploration of hop saturation, presenting a glowing yellow haze topped by a resilient, whippy white foam. Intense aromas of peach sorbet and punchy citrus billow from the glass, powered by a massive dry hop of Citra, Citra Cryo, Motueka, and CIP 076. The use of a specialized hazy yeast strain generates deep tropical esters that meld seamlessly with flavors of mango smoothie, peach gummies, and a creamy lime milkshake. Despite its 8.8% ABV, the finish is bright and sherbet-like, balancing the rich orange starburst fruitiness with a clean, soft bitterness that ensures high drinkability.
Appearance. Glowing yellow with a heavy, opaque haze. Features an exceptionally thick, persistent, and whippy white head with excellent lacing.
Aroma. High-intensity aroma featuring prominent peach, nectarine, and mango tropicality. Strong citrus presence with notes of lime zest and sweet orange. Minimal neutral malt in the background, overshadowed by punchy juice-bomb esters.
Taste. Initial impression is a fruit-sweet explosion of mango and peach gummy rings. The mid-palate introduces a creamy lime milkshake quality and orange candy flavors. Bitterness is moderate but remarkably soft and smooth, lacking any resinous harshness. Finishes medium-dry with a lingering, effervescent sherbet-like fruitiness.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a velvety, creamy texture. Moderate carbonation provides a soft lift. Alcohol warmth is noticeable but well-integrated and smooth, with no astringency.

On the aromas, the soft peach sorbet is billowing out, mixed with some classic punchy citrus we think it's incredible. Take a sip and prepare to be hit with insanely soft and popping notes flush with mango tango smoothie, peach gummie rings, lime milkshake, orange starburst chews and a sherbet finish. The body is insanely silky with a creaminess and saturation level as like an Oat Cream style beer - sans the lactose.
