The addition of oats ensures a creamy, pillowy texture that carries the complex hop oils, culminating in a distinctive pineapple daiquiri and coconut finish driven by the Sabro LUPOMAX. Appearance. Light yellow (approx. 3-4 SRM). Opaque with a deep, milky haze and a hazy shine. Features a thick, creamy, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring punchy tropical notes of fresh pineapple, peach, and guava. Substantial stone fruit and citrus esters are supported by a clean, lightly bready malt background. A distinct, sweet coconut undertone is present, devoid of any grassy or herbal traits.
Taste. Dominant tropical fruit flavors of pineapple and guava lead the palate, followed by subtle sweet berry notes mid-palate. The flavor profile is supported by a soft malt sweetness consistent with the style, finishing with a unique coconut and pineapple daiquiri character. Bitterness is low to medium-low, providing just enough balance to the soft, off-dry finish without any harshness or hop bite.
