This Double IPA is a sensory showcase of the classic Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe hop trio, delivering a vibrant breakfast juice profile. The aroma is dominated by intense tropical notes of mango, passionfruit, and bright citrus. On the palate, a lush wave of tropical sweet fruit takes center stage, supported by a soft, silky malt backbone that masks the 8.2% alcohol with remarkable ease. The experience is defined by a pillowy, soft carbonation that allows the intricate hop oils to sit delicately on the tongue, finishing with a smooth, approachable bitterness and an exceptionally clean, fruity aftertaste.

Appearance. SRM 6. Deep gold to light orange. Opaque and hazy with a dense, persistent white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of mango, passionfruit, and orange juice driven by Citra and Mosaic. Subtle resinous and piney undertones from Simcoe are present. Malt is neutral and supportive, while the fermentation profile is clean with light esters.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical sweet fruit including pineapple and stone fruit. Moderate-low bitterness ensures a smooth, silky delivery. Malt character is soft and grainy with no significant caramel or toast. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering tropical fruitiness and no harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation creates a creamy mouthfeel. Noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth provides a smooth, warming sensation without being solventy.
