A generous double dry-hop of Mosaic Cryo, Chinook, Citra, and Simcoe creates an assertive sensory journey. The nose is greeted with a burst of freshly squeezed grapefruit and orange, anchored by classic resinous pine and delicate floral notes. On the palate, the hop intensity builds with layers of orange oil, pithy grapefruit, and bright lemon. Supported by a lean, neutral malt base, the experience concludes with a snappy, firm bitterness that underscores its refreshingly dry and drinkable nature.
Appearance. Deep golden color (6 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a moderately large, white, long-lasting head and excellent lacing.

Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward with assertive grapefruit pith and orange oil. Malt flavor is low and neutral, providing just enough support for the high hop bitterness. Mid-palate reveals lemon zest and floral accents. The finish is snappy and dry with a lingering, clean resinous bitterness.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with moderate to high carbonation. Crisp and clean mouthfeel with no astringency and a very slight, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
