This collaborative Triple IPA delivers a saturated sensory experience centered on a massive Citra hop presence. It presents an intense aromatic assault of zesty orange and tropical passionfruit, reminiscent of orange starburst and citrus soda. The palate is defined by a lush, velvety body that carries concentrated notes of sweet tangerine and Frosty Fruit iceblock. While the 10% ABV provides a structural warmth, the bitterness is kept restrained and smooth, ensuring the focus remains on the vibrant, fruit-forward hop character. It is a modern, high-gravity interpretation of a Double IPA that prioritizes hop saturation and a soft, juicy mouthfeel.
Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (6-8 SRM); dense, persistent white head with excellent lacing; distinctively hazy to opaque.
Aroma. High intensity; dominant hop-derived notes of navel orange, ripe passionfruit, and sweet mango; background malt is neutral and clean with a hint of doughy sweetness; clean, well-integrated alcohol.
Taste. Bold citrus-forward initial impression; intense flavors of orange candy and tropical fruit leather; moderate hop bitterness that provides balance without harshness; clean, supportive malt with minimal caramel; medium-dry finish with a long, fruity aftertaste.

Originally brewed back in 2019, we thought it was time to hit the gas and bring this festive banger up a notch. So we got together with our long time homies at Banks in Melbourne and dialled it all the way up to Triple IPA levels. We've hammered this one with stacks on stacks of Citra for an all out orange and tropical passionfruit assault. Layers of orange citrus swirl through on the lush body of haze and bring through notes of orange starburst, sunkist and a hint of Frosty Fruit iceblock. The bitterness is low but present, reminding you that this is in fact a big old Triple IPA. Finishing juicy and somehow refreshing, this could be the beer of the holidays.
