This Hazy IPA presents a striking deep straw color with a dense, milky haze characteristic of a heavy 15g/L dry-hop addition. The aroma is an immediate explosion of tropical intensity, led by fragrant lychee, ripe pineapple, and tart passionfruit. On the palate, it delivers a punchy tropical juice crush, layering succulent mango over the core tropical profile, finished with a bright sprinkling of lemon zest. The malt remains a supportive, bready backdrop, allowing the hop saturation to shine through a soft, pillowy texture that masks the moderate bitterness, resulting in a vibrant, juice-like finish.
Appearance. Deep straw color (3-4 SRM) with an opaque, milky haze and a luminous shine. Topped by a thick, meringue-like white head with high retention and dense lacing.
Aroma. High intensity tropical hop aroma featuring prominent notes of pineapple, lychee, and passionfruit. Clean, grainy malt provides a subtle bready foundation, while fermentation esters are neutral to slightly fruity, supporting the massive hop profile without any grassy or herbal notes.
Taste. High-intensity fruit flavors of mango, lychee, pineapple, and passionfruit dominate the initial impression. A citrusy lemon zest note emerges toward the finish. Malt flavor is low and bready, serving as a clean canvas. Perceived bitterness is low to medium, integrated smoothly to avoid any sharp or harsh edges. The finish is off-dry and clean, with a lingering tropical fruit aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, smooth, and pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate. A light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present, consistent with its strength. Entirely free of hop harshness, astringency, or raw starch texture.
