This Hazy IPA presents a vibrant sensory experience, showcasing the interplay of Mosaic and Motueka hops alongside ABSTRAX Cascade and Blue Dream Terpenes. It opens with an intense bouquet of tropical fruit, specifically highlighting ripe blueberry, soft orange, and passionfruit. The palate is defined by a plush, creamy texture that carries vivid notes of mango sorbet and citrus confectionery, supported by a subtle, evolving dankness from the terpenes. A neutral, grainy malt backbone provides structure without interference, leading to a smooth, fruit-forward finish that avoids harsh bitterness while remaining exceptionally drinkable and lush.
Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (3-6 SRM). Opaque, uniform haze with a luminous shine. Large, fluffy, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and persistent lacing.
Aroma. High intensity. Dominant tropical and stone fruit character. Distinctive notes of blueberry and strawberry from Mosaic, coupled with lime and citrus from Motueka. The addition of terpenes contributes a complex floral and resinous dankness. Malt is low and neutral, presenting as fresh grain or light bread. No caramel or toast.
Taste. High to very high fruity hop flavor featuring mango sorbet, orange starburst, and mixed berries. Low to moderate bitterness that is softly integrated and never sharp. Fermentation character is clean with supportive fruity esters. Malt flavor is low, providing a simple grainy base. The finish is off-dry and plush with a lingering tropical aftertaste and a hint of resinous depth.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky, and rounded texture. Carbonation is moderate. Light, well-integrated alcohol warmth. Exceptionally smooth with no hop astringency or harshness.
