This modern interpretation of a German Pils delivers a vibrant sensory experience, elevating a clean Pilsner base with a contemporary West Coast twist. The inclusion of Eclipse and Krush hops transforms the traditional profile into a tropical and citrus powerhouse. Initial notes of orange crush and orange starburst dominate, followed by a lush mango medley that dances over a light, doughy malt foundation. It finishes exceptionally dry and crispy, maintaining a refreshing, high-carbonation snap that cleanses the palate. The balance leans firmly toward the hops, offering a bright, sunshine-soaked profile that remains incredibly drinkable, sharp, and brilliantly clean.

Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (3 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a thick, creamy, and long-lasting white head that leaves delicate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of sweet orange peel, fresh mango, and tropical citrus. Supporting the hop-forward profile is a low, clean grainy-sweet malt character reminiscent of fresh crackers.
