This Hazy IPA is an opulent tropical exhibition, radiating a deep, light yellow haze. The aromatic profile is defined by an intense fusion of juicy melon and soft guava, driven by a complex hop bill of Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Sabro LUPOMAX. On the palate, the inclusion of HBC 586 contributes to a layered medley of fleshy orange and lychee, while a subtle undercurrent of dankness provides structural depth. The addition of oats creates a luscious, creamy mouthfeel that carries the fruit flavors through a soft, tropical finish. It is a vibrant, modern expression of the style, prioritizing saturated fruit character over sharp bitterness.

Appearance. Light yellow (3-4 SRM) with a deep, radiant haze and opaque clarity that avoids being murky. It features a thick, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and dense lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma dominated by juicy rock melon, soft guava, and sweet citrus. Malt character is low and bready, providing a neutral base that allows the tropical esters and essential hop oils to shine without any caramel or toast.

Taste. An immediate burst of fleshy orange and lychee, followed by persistent notes of rock melon and guava. The hop flavor is massive but smooth, supported by a hint of resinous dankness.
