This Hazy IPA delivers a saturated sensory experience, showcasing the Citra hop across every stage of production. The aroma bursts with vibrant, fleshy orange and zesty lime, leading into a palate of creamy orange sherbet, lychee, and succulent passionfruit. The incorporation of oats creates a luxurious, velvety texture that feels nearly weightless yet substantial. Despite the intense fruit saturation, a restrained bitterness provides a subtle anchor, balancing the soft, off-dry finish. It is a decadent, hop-forward journey that emphasizes lush tropical notes and a silky, butter-like mouthfeel typical of a high-quality New England-style offering.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (SRM 3-5), opaque haze with a luminous shine. Persistent, rocky white head with meringue-like texture and excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-driven bouquet featuring prominent notes of sweet orange, lime zest, and tropical passionfruit. Very low grainy malt sweetness in the background; clean fermentation profile with no discernible esters or phenols.

Taste. High fruit-forward hop flavors of melon, lychee, and orange sherbet. Malt is supportive and lightly bready. Very low perceived bitterness that never becomes harsh. The balance is heavily tilted toward hops, finishing soft and juicy with a lingering tropical aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a notable creaminess and smooth, velvety texture. Moderate carbonation. Very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth. No astringency or hop burn.
