Fast Times In Nelson is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases a premium New Zealand hop blend of Nelson Sauvin HyperBoost, Peacharine, Rakau, and Motueka. It presents a milky, light orange appearance topped with a dense, creamy foam. The aroma is dominated by high-intensity notes of sticky mango and orange sherbet. On the palate, it delivers a silky-smooth experience with layers of lush peach, lychee, and orange confection, leading to a refreshing passionfruit sorbet finish. The interplay of these specific Kiwi cultivars creates a deeply juicy character, supported by a soft, pillowy mouthfeel and a restrained bitterness that highlights the intense tropical fruit profile.

Appearance. Light orange (5-7 SRM). Opaque, milky haze with a bright shine. Large, white, meringue-like head with excellent retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Punchy tropical and stone fruit aromas of ripe mango, peach, and lychee. Distinct citrus notes reminiscent of orange sherbet. Background malt is low, providing a clean, bready, and grainy support. No caramel or toast. Esters are fruity and well-integrated with the hop profile.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with peach, soft orange, and passionfruit. Initial impression is juicy and fruit-forward. Low to medium-low perceived bitterness (approx. 35 IBU), which remains soft and never harsh. Malt flavor is low, neutral, and slightly grainy. Clean fermentation profile. Finishes off-dry and juicy with a lingering tropical fruit aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and smooth texture. Moderate carbonation. Subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth. No astringency or harshness.
