This West Coast Double IPA radiates a vibrant sensory profile, pouring a pale golden yellow beneath a persistent, white fluffy foam. The aromatic intensity is high, dominated by a fusion of deep citrus, resinous pine, and dank earthy notes. On the palate, a bold and distinct bitterness asserts itself immediately, supported by a smooth, medium-full body. Flavors of bright orange peel and sticky mango provide a tropical depth that is grounded by a heavy dose of resinous hop character. It concludes with a sharp, pleasantly bitter finish and a touch of clean alcohol warmth, characteristic of a well-crafted Double IPA.

Appearance. Pale golden yellow (6 SRM). Excellent clarity with a large, fluffy white head that demonstrates strong persistence and intricate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominant aromas of zesty orange peel, resinous pine, and a dank, herbaceous quality. Underlying notes of tropical mango and a clean, neutral, grainy malt background. No significant fermentation esters.

Taste. Initial impression is a sharp, clean bitterness. Strong hop flavors of sticky mango, citrus zest, and resinous pine. Malt is supportive and neutral, providing a lean foundation without caramel sweetness. The finish is very dry and lingering with a firm, hop-forward bitterness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, slightly oily texture. Moderate to high carbonation. A well-integrated, smooth alcohol warmth is present without being solventy or harsh.
