This Double IPA pours a glowing, deep orange with a dense, opaque haze and a creamy white head. Doubling down on hop intensity, the aromatic profile is driven by a vibrant blend of Kiwi and US hops, yielding an explosion of juicy melon, sharp passionfruit, and floral lychee. On the palate, the hop-forward character remains dominant, supported by a lush, silky malt backbone that provides a full, creamy texture without being heavy. Despite its 8.6% strength, the finish remains clean and focused on a persistent, tropical hop saturation, embodying a modern, saturated approach to the classic style.

Appearance. Deep orange (10-12 SRM) with a dense, opaque haze. Thick, creamy, persistent off-white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. Intense, pungent hop aroma featuring distinct notes of tropical passionfruit, sweet lychee, and ripe melon. Very low, neutral grainy malt in the background. Clean fermentation with a subtle, smooth alcohol note.

Taste. High hop flavor intensity mirroring the aroma, dominated by melon and tropical fruit. Bitterness is firm but smooth, balancing a soft, supportive malt character. Finishes medium-dry with a lingering, juicy hop aftertaste and no harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full to full body with a notably silky, creamy texture. Moderate carbonation. A well-integrated, gentle alcohol warmth is present, enhancing the plush mouthfeel.
