Range Brewing DDH Just Peachy
Imperial IPA 8.8 º
This Double IPA delivers a concentrated sensory experience led by a heavy dry-hop regimen of Peacharine, Citra, and Galaxy. An opaque, saturated pour gives way to an explosion of aromatic intensity, where the Peacharine drives a vivid profile of sun-ripened peaches and nectarines. Supporting notes of tropical mango from Citra and sharp passionfruit from Galaxy provide complexity against a lean, soft malt backdrop. Despite the robust 8.8% ABV, the palate remains remarkably bright, balancing succulent stone fruit flavors with a clean, well-integrated bitterness that ensures a dry, refreshing finish characteristic of the Double IPA style.
Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (7-10 SRM). Opaque with an intense haze. Features a dense, long-lasting, creamy white head with excellent lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of sweet peach and apricot from Peacharine, tropical mango from Citra, and passionfruit from Galaxy. Low, clean, neutral maltiness in the background with a faint, smooth alcohol presence and no esters.
Taste. Strong and complex hop flavors of ripe stone fruit and tropical citrus. Moderately high bitterness that is firm but smooth, lacking any harshness. Very low, supportive bready malt character. The finish is medium-dry with a clean, lingering hoppy aftertaste and a light, smooth alcohol flavor.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, velvety texture. Moderate carbonation. Contains a restrained, smooth alcohol warmth without any hop-derived astringency.

DDH Just Peachy mixes a boatload of Peacharine with Citra and Galaxy coming through for backup. The first thing you'll notice is the absolute HAZE on this bad boy. Insane colour topped with foam so dense you could scoop it with a spoon. From there, it's all about Peacharine. Insane stonefruit aromas of the freshest sweetest peaches, some mango and a little passionfruit to boot. Take a sip of this nectar and you'll experience a peach explosion, soft and oh so saturating, while still coming through with a tropical intensity that we've come to love from our DDH DIPAs. Creamy peach, fresh scooped passionfruit, mango magic boost smoothie and a little sprinkle of orange creamsicle for good measure. One of our favourites FOR SURE.
