Appearance. Pale straw to light yellow (2-3 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a white, frothy head that displays moderate persistence and light lacing.
Aroma. High aroma intensity driven by double dry-hopping. Dominant hop character of zesty lemon, lime, and sweet coconut with a clean pine resin undertone. Low grainy malt aroma is present but secondary. Fermentation profile is exceptionally clean with no esters.
Taste. The palate opens with a crisp, neutral graininess. High hop flavor follows, showcasing zesty lemon, lime, and orange peel with a distinctive coconut roundness.
