Crema is a brand new experimental Nitro Oatmeal Stout - our first time canning a Nitro beer! After a beautiful cascading pour, we get rich dark chocolate with nice vanilla and medium roast on the nose. Sweet caramel and vanilla with smooth chocolate on the palate and little to no lingering bitterness adds to the creamy mouthfeel and easy drinkability. As it warms up you'll get more toffee and hazelnut coming through blending with the chocolate and vanilla. The body is full and robust, providing a well balanced and easy drinking winter stout. For the best experience, follow these instructions: Shake: Shake the can a few times. This ensures the liquid nitrogen is evenly distributed. Crack: Open the can carefully. A small burst of beer may occur when you crack it—this is normal for nitro beers but we wouldn't suggest wearing white while opening!  Pour: Pour the can with gusto into your glass Settle & Admire: Sit back and watch the cascade of bubbles. Let it settle, then top off your glass with the remaining beer from the can. Enjoy: Find a comfy spot, sit back, and savor the nitro experience.
