Core Memory is a saturated Double IPA defined by a massive, juice-forward hop profile. Utilizing a heavy hand of Citra, Rakau, Simcoe, and Nelson Sauvin, it delivers an explosive sensory experience of ripe mango, stone fruit peach, and exotic lychee. The aromatic profile is led by white grape and a distinct pineapple daiquiri character, supported by a neutral malt base that provides a soft, bready foundation. On the palate, a silky texture carries intense tropical waves, finishing with a lush fruitiness and a well-integrated alcohol presence that provides a smooth, gentle warmth, ensuring high drinkability despite its significant strength.
Appearance. Pale light orange (6-8 SRM) with a heavy, opaque haze. Features a thick, whippy white foam head with excellent persistence and dense lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of mango, peach, and white grape. Secondary notes of pineapple, lychee, and a faint resinous pine. Malt is low, neutral, and grainy-sweet, while the fermentation profile remains clean with no significant esters.
Taste. Initial impression is a punchy hop-forward cocktail of tropical fruit and stone fruit. Strong flavors of peach, mango, and white wine grapes dominate over a soft, unobtrusive bready malt character. Bitterness is firm but smooth and lacks harshness. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering, succulent aftertaste of pineapple and citrus.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a notably silky and creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate. Alcohol warmth is noticeable but smooth and well-integrated, with no hop-derived astringency.
