This Hazy IPA captures a vibrant citrus-forward profile with a signature soft, opaque yellow appearance. The sensory journey is driven by a generous application of Waimea Hopkief, Motueka, and Krush, accented by a delicate touch of Galaxy. A bright initial burst of orange and lime zest yields to a lush tropical core of ripe mango and passionfruit. The malt provides a neutral, lightly bready foundation that allows the massive hop character to shine. The finish is remarkably refreshing, defined by crisp grapefruit zest and a restrained, integrated bitterness that ensures high drinkability while maintaining the style’s hallmark velvety texture and aromatic intensity.

Appearance. 3-4 SRM. Soft yellow color with a dense, opaque haze providing a healthy shine. Features a persistent, whippy white head with a meringue-like texture and excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Bold citrus notes of fresh lime and sweet orange dominate the foreground, evolving into deep tropical aromas of passionfruit and succulent mango. A clean, light bready malt backbone supports the hops without any caramel or toast character.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma, starting with bright orange and lime before transitioning into a complex tropical medley of mango. Low to medium-low perceived bitterness.
