This Hazy IPA celebrates the distinct terroir of New Zealand through an intensive showcase of Nelson Sauvin hops. It pours with a vibrant, opaque glow and a dense, meringue-like foam. The aromatic profile is dominated by the variety's signature white wine and gooseberry notes, underpinned by a complex, resinous dankness. On the palate, the experience is intensely punchy, delivering layers of juicy peach and tropical lychee. A velvety, smooth mouthfeel carries these bold fruit flavors toward a soft, approachable finish. It masterfully balances the hop-derived diesel undertones with a lush, fruit-forward character that defines the modern New England style.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold with a prominent, opaque haze that provides a luminous shine. Topped by a thick, rocky, white head with exceptional retention and dense lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma led by pungent Nelson Sauvin, presenting crushed green grapes, gooseberry, and a distinct white wine character. Supporting notes of tropical fruit and a background of dank diesel. Malt is low and neutral, offering a light bready sweetness.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor featuring sweet lychee and ripe peach. The hop profile provides a sophisticated vinous quality and a lingering dankness. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as soft and well-integrated into the body. Malt flavor is low and grainy. Finishes off-dry and smooth with a long, fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a notable velvety smoothness. Carbonation is moderate, contributing to a soft texture. Very light alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated. No astringency or hop harshness.
