Appearance. Brilliant clarity with a pale straw to light golden hue (SRM 2–3). Minimal, short-lived white foam that quickly dissipates to a fine collar; light, steady effervescence.
Aroma. High intensity of fresh, ripe pear fruit. Pronounced floral esters reminiscent of orchard blossoms and honeysuckle. Low spicy phenols and a subtle, clean earthy note from the pear skins. Clean fermentation with no sulfur or diacetyl.
