Raduga Samurai Freedom is a non-alcoholic Experimental Beer that reinterprets the IPA style through an oriental lens. The sensory experience is dominated by the elegant, perfume-like essence of jasmine flowers, seamlessly integrated with the delicate, grassy, and slightly vegetal notes of Sencha tea. Beneath these botanical layers, a clean malt base supports bright, citrus-forward hop character typical of a modern IPA. This light-bodied brew offers a refreshing complexity, where the earthy depth of the tea meets the vibrant floral lift of jasmine, finishing with a crisp, tea-like tannin structure and a gentle hop bitterness. It delivers a sophisticated, alcohol-free alternative with a distinctively botanical profile.
Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (3-5 SRM). Pours with a moderate, white, fine-beaded head with fair retention. Clarity is clear to slightly hazy, often displaying a subtle shimmer from the tea infusion.
Aroma. High intensity and distinctly floral. Primary notes of fresh jasmine blossoms and perfume are prominent, followed by the specific grassy, oceanic, and slightly toasted cereal aroma of Sencha green tea. Moderate citrusy and tropical fruit hop notes provide a bright counterpoint to the botanical infusion.
Taste. The palate opens with a light, crackery malt sweetness that quickly gives way to a complex blend of jasmine and green tea. The Sencha contributes a savory, herbal depth, while the jasmine adds a sweet floral lift. Hop bitterness is moderate but firm, providing an IPA-like structure. The finish is very dry and refreshing, with a lingering note of tea tannins and citrus zest.
Mouthfeel. Light body with a crisp, highly carbonated texture. There is a total absence of alcohol warmth. A very slight, pleasant astringency from the tea polyphenols adds to the refreshing, palate-cleansing quality.
