Lift To The Scaffold is a vibrant American IPA that emphasizes drinkability and hop aromatics. The sensory profile is defined by a heavy-hitting hop blend of Citra and Mosaic, which deliver bright layers of grapefruit, passion fruit, and mango. Simcoe and Cascade add a grounding resinous pine and floral complexity, while Magnum provides a clean, structural bitterness. Underpinning these intense hops is a light, bready foundation of barley and wheat malts, ensuring a crisp mouthfeel. Fermented with US-05 yeast for a neutral finish, this session-strength ale offers a refreshing, citrus-forward experience with a lingering, piney aftertaste.

Appearance. Medium gold with a slight, natural haze. Topped by a persistent, fine-textured white head with good lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward bouquet featuring dominant notes of pink grapefruit and tropical melon. Subtle secondary layers of pine needles and resinous spice emerge, supported by a very low, clean, bready malt scent and neutral fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial burst of citrus zest and stone fruit transitions into a firm, moderate-high bitterness. Hop flavors of resin and lemon peel are prominent throughout. The malt profile is lean and grainy, providing just enough support for the 45 IBU before a crisp, dry, and hoppy finish.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth texture from the wheat malt. Carbonation is moderate-high, enhancing the refreshing quality. No alcohol warmth is perceived.
