The addition of calamansi juice elevates the traditional profile, intertwining its sharp, exotic citrus and delicate floral notes with the signature banana and clove esters of weizen yeast. Magnum hops provide a clean, whisper-light bitterness that allows the soft, doughy richness of the wheat malt to shine. Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (3-4 SRM); features a thick, moussy, and long-lasting white head with significant lacing; hazy with a visible yeast and wheat protein cloudiness.

Aroma. High intensity; dominant aromas of tart calamansi citrus and floral blossoms mingle with classic Weissbier notes of ripe banana and spicy clove. Low bready and doughy wheat malt character is present, with minimal herbal hop notes from the Magnum addition.
