Radiocraft Unleashed is a vibrant and unconventional take on the Berliner Weisse, reimagined through the lens of a Mezcal or Whisky Sour cocktail. This low-alcohol sour presents an immediate olfactory explosion of fresh lime, which perfectly punctuates the deeper, more complex layers of smoked wheat and peated barley. The sensory experience is defined by a sharp, clean lactic acidity that cuts through the palate, while the delicate medicinal and earthy smoke notes provide a sophisticated, softening counterpoint to the citrus-forward brightness. It is an effervescent and refreshing marriage of traditional German tartness and the bold, phenolic character of peated malts.

Appearance. Presents as a very pale straw color (2 SRM) with a light, natural haze. It supports a large, dense, snowy-white head with moderate retention and high effervescence visible through the glass.

Aroma. High intensity of sharply sour lactic notes and a dominant, fresh lime citrus character. This is layered with distinctive notes of medicinal peat and a subtle campfire smokiness from the specialty malts, backed by a light, doughy wheat presence and no hop aroma.

Taste. A clean, piercing lactic sourness leads the palate, immediately followed by bright lime citrus. The malt profile features bready, grainy wheat flavors that are significantly influenced by the earthy, smoky depth of peated barley. Bitterness is undetectable, as the acidity provides the balance. The finish is bone-dry and crisp, with a lingering smoky-citrus aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Light-bodied but remarkably structured; the carbonation is very high and prickly. It provides a sharp, crisp acidity with no perceptible alcohol warmth and a clean, refreshing mouthfeel that lacks any astringency.
