Appearance. Presents as a brilliant pale golden to light amber liquid (SRM 6). It is crowned by a moderately large, off-white head with good retention and fine lacing. The clarity is excellent and bright.
Aroma. Moderate-high intensity hop aroma featuring notes of citrus zest, melon, and light floral accents. A low, clean, grainy-sweet malt presence supports the hop presentation. The fermentation profile is very clean with negligible yeast-derived esters.
Taste. The flavor is hop-forward, leading with grapefruit and light pine notes. The malt provides a supportive, light bready backbone without caramel interference.
