Disarm reimagines the classic Berliner Weisse as a vibrant, fruit-forward sensory experience. It pours a striking fuchsia with ruby-red highlights and a delicate pink foam. The aroma is dominated by the bright, jammy perfume of ripe raspberries and blackberries, sharpened by the zesty, citrus high notes of lime zest. Underneath this fruit intensity, a clean lactic sourness weaves through a base of soft, doughy wheat malt. On the palate, the lime juice provides a crisp, refreshing snap that cuts through the berry sweetness, leading into a bone-dry, highly effervescent finish that remains intensely refreshing despite its modern craft strength.
