This brilliant gold lager leads with a complex aroma of bready-rich malt and a prominent spicy, herbal bouquet derived from Saaz hops. Appearance. Deep gold (SRM 5-6). Brilliant clarity. Dense, long-lasting, creamy white head with significant lacing.

Aroma. Medium-high bready-rich malt and medium-high spicy, herbal hop bouquet from Saaz hops. Interplay is rich and complex. Very low diacetyl and low fruity esters are present.

Taste. Rich, complex, bready maltiness combined with a pronounced, rounded bitterness and spicy hop flavor. Malt and hop flavors are medium-high. Bitterness is prominent but never harsh. Long, balanced finish with a lingering hop character.
