Appearance. SRM 12-14; brilliant amber-orange with deep copper highlights. Features a persistent, off-white, creamy head with moderate lacing.
Aroma. Moderate malty intensity, characterized by rich, bready, and toasty notes with light bread crust. Clean lager fermentation with no esters. A very low spicy hop aroma is barely perceptible in the background.
Taste. Moderate to high malt richness that initially suggests sweetness, quickly evolving into complex bready and toasty flavors. Hop bitterness is moderate, providing enough balance to prevent a cloying finish. Hop flavor is low and spicy. The finish is moderately dry, leaving a lingering, elegant aftertaste of toasted grain.
