Queue de Charrue Brune is a refined Oud Bruin that highlights the complexity of its eighteen-month maturation in oak casks. This extended aging produces a sophisticated “sweet and sour” profile, where rich malt notes of caramel and dark chocolate meld with a vibrant acidity. The sensory experience is defined by an exceptional fruit quality, lead by deep impressions of black cherries, plums, and raisins. Despite its depth, the beer maintains a refreshing lightness and a clean, tart finish. The balance between the residual malt sweetness and the bright, lactic character creates a remarkably approachable and elegant Belgian brown ale.
