Qubeer Biancaneve is a refreshing, gluten-free interpretation of a classic Witbier, pouring with a signature milky cloudiness. The aroma is led by a bright, zesty grapefruit punch and the delicate, floral soothing notes of chamomile, which weave seamlessly into the spicy, citrusy profile of the Belgian yeast. Unmalted wheat provides a soft, bready foundation, while the palate offers a crisp, dry experience with low bitterness. The finish is exceptionally clean, highlighting a lingering herbal and citrus harmony. It balances traditional Belgian yeast character with modern botanical additions for a vibrant, summer-ready sensory profile that remains true to its heritage while offering unique aromatics.
Appearance. Pale straw color (3 SRM) with a very cloudy, milky-white haze from starch and yeast. Features a dense, white, moussy head with excellent retention and light lacing.
Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring grainy, bready malt and raw wheat aromatics. Pronounced zesty grapefruit citrus and herbal, floral chamomile notes. Subtle peppery and spicy phenolics from the Belgian yeast merge with a light, honey-like malt sweetness.
Taste. Initial impression is crisp and refreshing. Soft grainy malt and bread-like flavors are quickly overtaken by vibrant grapefruit zest and a gentle, tea-like chamomile floral character. Hop bitterness is low, providing just enough structure to support the citrus and spice. Finishes dry and clean with a lingering herbal-citrus aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a notable smoothness and light creaminess derived from the unmalted wheat. High carbonation provides an effervescent, lively sparkle. No alcohol warmth or astringency is present.
