Pyrene Brewing Co.’s Pacman is a quintessentially smooth Hazy IPA, designed to showcase the vibrant spectrum of Mosaic and CryoMosaic hops. It presents a saturated, opaque appearance with a lush, tropical-forward sensory profile. The nose is dominated by high-intensity notes of ripe mango, stone fruit, and blueberries, supported by a clean, bready malt base. On the palate, the hop intensity remains high but refined, offering a juicy mélange of citrus and berry flavors with a restrained, soft bitterness. The mouthfeel is notably creamy and full, facilitating a long, fruity finish that allows the complex hop oils to linger without any harshness.
