This Hazy IPA presents an opaque, juicy profile defined by a heavy dry-hopping of Cryo Mosaic and Sabro. The aroma is an explosive bouquet of sun-ripened pineapple and creamy coconut, supported by bright citrus and stone fruit esters. On the palate, the hop-forward character delivers layers of tropical intensity with a distinctive coconut sweetness from the Sabro, balanced by the dank, berry-like complexities of Cryo Mosaic. The bitterness is purposefully restrained and rounded, allowing a soft, wheaty malt backbone to create a silky, mouth-coating finish that emphasizes drinkability over sharp resins and highlights the vibrant, fruit-laden hop oils.

Appearance. Straw to light amber (4-6 SRM). Significant, opaque haze with a luminous sheen. Pours with a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head exhibiting excellent retention and lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of coconut, pineapple, and tropical mango. Secondary citrus notes of grapefruit and tangerine are present. The malt is low and neutral, providing a light bready character. Fermentation is clean with supportive fruity esters.

Taste. Very high fruity hop flavor mirroring the tropical and coconut aroma. Perceived bitterness is moderate and smooth, lacking any harsh or astringent edges. The malt flavor is low, suggesting light grain and bread. Finish is off-dry and juicy with a lingering tropical aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a silky, soft texture. Carbonation is moderate. A very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present but not distracting. No hop burn or astringency.
