Pyrene Formiga presents as a highly refreshing, modern take on the classic Witbier. The low alcohol content emphasizes its sessionable nature, evoking a Radler-like brightness. The aroma is dominated by zesty lemongrass and the sharp, spicy snap of fresh ginger, which elevate the traditional citrus and coriander notes. On the palate, a soft, bready wheat base provides a smooth canvas for the vibrant citrus and herbal complexity. Appearance. Very pale straw (2-3 SRM). Hazy to opaque with a milky, whitish-yellow shine. Dense, white, moussy head with excellent retention and light lacing.

Aroma. Moderate intensity. Prominent lemongrass provides a perfumy, citrusy top note, complemented by the spicy, slightly pungent aroma of fresh ginger. Low grainy-sweet wheat and bready malt scents sit in the background. Esters are subtle, leaning toward citrus zest rather than heavy spice.
