It is a light-bodied, highly carbonated lager that showcases British ingredients within a classic continental framework.
Appearance. Brilliant straw gold (approx. 3 SRM) with exceptional clarity; topped by a thick, creamy white head that exhibits long-lasting retention and delicate lacing.
Aroma. Moderate intensity with a forward hop character; herbal, spicy, and slightly earthy notes from Goldings and Challenger are complemented by a faint berry-like fruitiness from Jester. The malt provides a clean, low-intensity background of doughy bread and light honey.
