This Hazy IPA, a collaboration between Pure Project and North Park, radiates with tropical intensity and a signature 'murky' glow. The unconventional cold-side use of Citra Incognito extract produces a profound hop saturation that defines the experience. New Zealand-grown Superdelic hops add layers of complexity, delivering vibrant notes of fresh pineapple, zesty navel orange, and sharp lime, balanced by an unexpected hint of creamy coconut. The result is a lush, juice-forward profile with a remarkably soft, rounded mouthfeel and minimal bitterness. It offers a bright, sunshine-infused sensory journey that prioritizes fruit-driven aromatics and a clean, refreshing finish.

Appearance. SRM 4. Opaque, straw to light gold with a brilliant hazy glow; thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and dense lacing.

Aroma. High intensity; dominant tropical fruit notes of pineapple and sweet orange citrus. Distinctive lime zest and subtle coconut character from the Superdelic hops are prominent. Background malt is neutral and lightly bready; clean fermentation with supportive fruity esters.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor of navel orange, lime, and tropical pineapple. Initial impression is juicy and soft. Low perceived bitterness allows the Citra-driven citrus to lead. Low bready malt flavor provides a light platform for the hops. Finish is off-dry and smooth, with a lingering fruit-skin aftertaste and no harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation creates a creamy sensation. Very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth; no astringency or raw starch texture.
